Sewu Vessel Coco
Share
Handcrafted by Indonesian artisans, the Sewu Vessel takes its form from the tiered crown of Sewu Temple. Curved layers taper at the waist and crown, giving the piece a sense of upward movement. The deep earthen brown glaze carries a textured, vintage finish that catches light unevenly, so the surface shifts as you move around it.
At 22 inches tall, it reads as sculpture first. Stand it alone on a console or floor, or let it hold dried pampas and branching botanicals. It anchors a minimalist room and adds weight to a maximalist one.
Each vessel is individually made, so slight variations in tone and texture are part of the piece. No two are identical.
