At Calmly Elevated, each item is crafted with care and inspected before shipping. Because many of our products are made to order, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
1. Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a suitable solution — either a replacement, repair, or refund.
2. Return-Eligible Products
Products that are eligible for return must be:
Unused and in their original packaging
Returned within 5 days of receipt
Returned with prior written approval from us
No claim or return will be accepted beyond this time frame, and no return will be processed without our agreement.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
