How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. Handmade or small-batch items may require up to one week lead time before dispatch. If your item requires this, you’ll receive full details once your order is confirmed. Shipping Policy
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Calmly Elevated ships within the United States. We are exploring international options soon.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery updates.
Are all items handmade?
Many of our pieces are handmade or crafted in small batches by artisans. This means slight variations may occur, making each item unique.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery, with prior approval.
Please note that handmade and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy to learn more.
