Harappan Ceramic Vase
Share
The Harappan vase is a handmade ceramic piece shaped after the ancient vessels of the Harappan potters, a rounded belly that draws up to a narrow neck, finished with a single sculptural ring handle at the side. Made by local potters, it reads as a small artifact as much as a vase.
It comes in three earthy tones, charcoal, warm tan, and soft cream, so you can choose one or collect all three for a layered tonal grouping. Pair it with a few dried stems, or let the silhouette stand on its own on a shelf, mantel, or side table.
At 6 inches it sits easily among other ceramics, ideal for playing with texture and earthy contrast across a collected display.
Each vase is handmade, so slight variations in glaze and form are part of the piece. No two are identical.
