Wheel-thrown from locally sourced clay, its waist pulls inward then expands again, creating a silhouette that feels both ancient and completely modern. Reloj means clock in Spanish, and you feel that in the piece, there's a stillness to it that slows a room down.

The exterior is left completely raw, glazed only on the inside. No surface treatment, no added color, just the direct result of clay meeting kiln fire. The earthy tones and subtle variations you see on each piece come from the natural composition of the clays reacting to heat, which means no two Reloj vases are identical.
